The first day was a nightmare, the ship was rocking so much we all got sick even the workers, the tv in cabin 9373 was not working , Room service took an hour to bring food and most employees were not friendly I would not return to this cruise, restrooms not working properly we had two people in weelchares no curticey waited too long for any elvators had to ask sevral times to help us find ware we need to bee and got looked at funny lost baggage and now acting like they don't know what were talking about I mean like what ever happen to customer service on this damb ship never again will ever travel on this paticuler ship trust me I just may not go on any more cruises I'm done with this crazy doings,over all at dinner it was grate the water Petter was wonderfull.made my day,
