Very modern ship and I would liken it to a 4 star hotel that moves. The receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable, Concierge service was there if needed (and it was for a hospital visit!).
On embarkation, all the centre of town moorings were taken in Basel - but a coach took us from the industrial wasteland mooring in to town and a walking tour was offered. Very good and barely noticed the mooring!
The dining was very good - again, on a par with a 4 star hotel. Very attentive waiters and good quality food. The 7 o'clock rush for tables was a bit undignified but we always managed to find a suitable seat - so no real problem.
The web and the brochure and videos all said 'riverview stateroom'.
Yes we got a river view at night when the boat was moving from about midnight to 5am, but it was dark. Otherwise the room had a view of a metal pontoon six inches from the window, and no light, or occasionally another boat moored up - so we could see into their cabin. At least we got some daylight into the room then!
Avoid 101 or 103 and possibly 105.
