Due to Hurricane Irma our cruise was extended for 3 extra days. The captain was EXCELLENT at keeping us informed and making us feel safe. Royal Caribbean was great about giving discounts on things because we were "stranded at sea". Our waiter and assistant waiter were superb. They knew our names before we were even seated and would always remember things like, how we liked our meat done, or what we usually had to drink. The ship was always clean and if anything was spilled on the floor it was immediately taken care of. I would highly recommend Harmony of the Seas to anyone wanting a good, safe, relaxing vaction. We did have a few problems with shore excursions but Royal Caribbean "made it right" and it was usually not even their fault. I'm sure the "technical difficulties" that happened with 2 of the shows we saw will be taken care of--after all it is a pretty new ship. All in all we LOVED OUR TRIP.
