Once again my family and I had a fabulous time on the Norwegian Breakaway. This was my third cruise to Bermuda on the Breakaway, it is a beautiful ship and the itinerary of 3 days in Bermuda is perfect. The boarding process was a breeze, Norwegian has you pick a time you would like to arrive. We chose to arrive between 1:00-1:30pm and within 20 minutes of arrival we were checked in, our photo ID and “welcome aboard” pictures were taken and we were on the pool deck enjoying cocktails and lunch. The next seven days were just as perfect. The food, entertainment and the actives all top notch. We especially enjoyed the specialty restaurants on this cruise; we went to Moderno, an authentic Brazilian steakhouse, Le Bistro, a marvelous French restaurant and Cagney’s, a topnotch steakhouse. The shows were fantastic, I recommend seeing the Broadway Play “Rock of Ages” and the dance show “Burn the Floor”. The comedy club was also very entertaining. Once arriving in Bermuda there is so much to do. I recommend any of the fabulous beaches and also taking the ferry over to Hamilton and going to the Bermuda Zoo and Aquarium. We also did a shore excursion we booked on the ship. It was a glass bottom boat trip at night (10pm) going into the Bermuda Triangle area, very exciting and informative. If you’re looking for a fabulous cruise, the Norwegian Breakaway is the place to be!
