Oasis of the Seas Review

Oasis of the Seas during Hurricane Irma

Review for the Western Caribbean Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

Six people (three generations) stayed in adjoining junior suites. We don't "party" so our exposure to some of the ship was limited. But we loved the cruise. Oasis had to stay out three extra nights because of Irma. This included an extra day at Cozumel and an unplanned stop at Costa Maya.

Captain Per did an excellent job of keeping us safe and informed.

Because our business is deep cleaning tile & grout and low moisture carpet cleaning, we were probably more aware of the ship's need for better floor cleaning. Also, there were many minor maintenance issues that really only required tightening screws.

Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin JS

We loved having the extra room junior suites provide, especially the adjoining door between the rooms as well as between the balconies. The grandkids had plenty of space to run around. There was usually a TV available for watching their kind of shows.

A little maintenance is needed. Nothing serious.
