Too long to list all the problems and poor service and poor food on this cruise. This was our 32 cruise and a major disappointment. We still have 3 open issues w customer service, not resolved and probably never, Ha Ha...they had a tuna melt on the meat carving board at the lunch buffet, must be trying to save money...they would carve you a piece of tuna melt sub instead of meat. Don't take this cruise unless you have never cruised before and cannot compare your experience to a real cruise lines offerings. Refused transportation to the hotel pre cruise by NCL rep at airport, we were on her list but no vouchers, we were not provided with any vouchers. No room at the hotel when we got there. When on ship, made to wait for three hours for cabins to be ready, in the hot sun, $ 12.00 drinks, poor service, sewage smell everywhere. Room not ready when we got there, did not see steward till next day, no mini bar replenishment for entire cruise even though we asked for it daily, Dining options confusing, customer service says one thing, dining room another....went to breakfast in the dining room one day as they said that is the only place you can get lox and bagels. Waited 12 minutes for a waiter then got up and went to find one and then told it would be 20 minutes for us to get served. Food was pretty much the same every day in the buffet and not much variation in the main dining room. Expensive and pretty dull excursions, if we go to Hawaii again we will do our own research as paying $ 69 for a bus ride around town not very exiting.....and I could go on and on.....
