To get away from our Winter.
We started in Dover,our suitcase had its wheel broken off by the rough handling of porters.
After dealing with the arrogance of a member on customer services whom would not do any thing about it till I signed a form indemnifying Princess I had to wait a fortnight for them to finally agree to its replacement.(you are made to feel as though you do not have any rights! )
Both stewards in our passage way were surly to the point of intimidating.
Carpet on floor dirty,had to ask for it to be cleaned.(was replaced in time, as per ships refurbishing) Wall covering torn in places.Asked for Duvets to changed to blankets.Got mismatching pair.Sheets had holes in them and discolored with age Altogether the cabin needed total refurbishment
During the day workmen were busy installing piping.That meant them hammering,grinding etc. making it impossible for us to utilize our cabin
