Sail Date: Sep 2017

The cabin was on deck 10 without a window, which we don't mind as we rarely spend time in there. There was an issue with only one socket in the whole cabin which was accessible to us. This meant we could not both charge up our phones/tablets and use the hair dryer/straighteners. Our cabin steward was very inconsistent. Did not leave toilet paper until it had only three sheets on a roll left. He would take all the towels even though some had not been used, or we hung them up to use again. We left the used ones in the shower tray, but he took all the others as well! He never vaq up the room once in 9 nights and spent all his time making up towel animals! He could have spent more time actually cleaning which we would have appreciated. The entertainment was of a high standard, except for one of the male singers. He was very poor and out of tune. The sausages were awful but otherwise the food was good quality and plentiful. The show lounge has been very badly designed and the only good views are on the front rows unless you are over 6 foot tall. The drinks package of £17 each per day is only available per couple, which is no good as one of us only drinks water and no soft drinks or alcohol for health reasons. The other enjoys wine and alcohol and would have loved to be able to sign up for the drink's package but couldn't.
