Chose this cruise from Boston to Bermuda instead of the Breakaway out on NY which had the same itinerary. We live 30 minutes from the NY pier and decided to drive 4 hrs to Boston because we were not happy at all with the Breakaway on our last cruise. We are so happy we did that!! What a great ship! Very EZ on and off the ship, No crowding at restaurants or buffet, Excelent staff. The food at all venues was better than all other NCL ships we have been on (Star Gem Breakaway). The food in the main dining rooms was so good it made the upcharge to the specialty restaurants not worth it, except for Cagneys, which was outstanding. The Rooms, Bathroom,Balcony, Hallways all were larger than on the Breakaway (which were all cramped) The mattress in our balcony room 10682 needs to be replaced. Was like sleeping in a bowl, sunken and worn out. The TV is to small and should be upgraded so it can be seen from the bed.Overall we are very happy with our cruise and will absolutely cruise this ship again.
