First I have to start by saying that the crew on this ship definitely made our vacation one of the best ever. The Assistant Maitre D in Taste/Savor Koray Pamukcu was by far the best on the entire ship. He truly made our cruise by accommodating our group of 19 almost every night. We are a rough group and he made us feel like VIP's everyday. He was outstanding so I had to name him first. Now on with the review.
Miami airport- we took an uber to the ship. Downloaded the uber app while waiting for our luggage. Cost $13 with tip but we gave the driver a little more.
Embarkation was easy. Have a pen on you to fill out health questionnaire, we had to borrow one from a fellow passenger. Check in was easy and our group was there already with a boarding number so we sat with them until called.
Surprisingly big enough for the 2 of us. Suitcases fit under the bed. The closet had a few small shelves and then we hung the rest of our clothes. Bathroom had shelves that held all the toiletries. Shower was a decent size.
We found a guide with a bus when we got off the ship. Took 13 of us to West Bay Beach that had Paradise Hotel. Used their pool and had waiter service on the beach. Water was beautiful. The tour guide Grace stayed with us and watched our personal belongings on the beach.
It was nice with all the lounge chairs by the pool and the beach. Seemed like there was alot of activities. All of which cost more, except there was a small animal sanctuary that was free to walk through. Overall another way for the cruiseline to get more money out of you.
