Had a wonderful trip in 2016 on the Norwegian Escape and did cruise next promotion that was offered during that sailing and were excited to see one of it's sister class ship's sailing to Bermuda which was on our cruise bucket list. We had the ultimate beverage package promotion and 4 specialty dining experiences as well. Cagney's and Teppanyaki were our two favorites. Mario was very entertaining at Teppanyaki and our service at Cagney's was great as well. We also dined at La Cucina and Ocean Blue - cruise line should be more transparent with the additional upcharge for Ocean Blue but the food and service was excellent at Ocean Blue. There were also some unexpected limitations on liquor in our beverage package. Rock of Ages show was great as well.
Service at O'Sheehan's was not not as good as our prior experience on the Escape and the Garden Cafe service and food was average. Staff was much more attentive in the Garden Cafe on the Escape.
Cabin was clean and comfortable. Cabin service was average to very good - had a change in cabin stewards mid trip but no specific complaints.
Parking at at the pier facility for Norwegian was a breeze and our Embarkation/check in was very efficient. Only issue was delayed wait time to board the ship which was due to delays in getting arriving passengers off the ship. Disembarkation went very smoothly as well we did self assist and were off the ship around 9:00. Staff in the port well helpful guiding folks to customs and assuring that declarations and passports were out and ready to go.
