Cabin: Balcony

First time Mexican Riviera cruise. Two cabins, one balcony and the other interior. Empress deck. Since we are platinum we had priority boarding and straight to cabins. Needless to say cabins were immaculate, bathroom spacious. Steward introduced himself immediately and from then on first name basis. He was excellent. Dining staff were excellent...Rudolph, Roxanne and Alben went out of their way in providing excellent service. Food I noticed are smaller portions which is great. Variety of desserts. Cruise Director Adam was awesome but entertainment lacked orchestra and dancers. Three female/male singers/dancers. I am used to having Las Vegas type shows in cruises. Serenity pool was small for so many people and water was filthy. Only two ports visited Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta. Due to storm developing in Puerto Vallarta, this port was cancelled and replaced with Ensenada of which we purchased shore excursion and enjoyed it very much. Overall experience was great. Would definitely cruise this ship again.

Loved my cabin with balcony. Very spacious, great closet space, bathroom also spacious. I love cold so air condition unit was always high. For whatever reason at night it was a little warmer. Suggestion to future cruises...bring a multi-plug. My daughters had interior, two twins and their bathroom was just as spacious as ours. Very comfortable.
