We expected a better experience having been on other cruises such as Royal Carribean and Celebrity... Entertainment was so so, lots of passengers with nothing to do in the evening except stroll in the main inside concourse... The number of seats inside is very limited for the total number of passengers who would be inside when weather is bad. One's only option is to stroll and keep on walking rounds on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors concourses and corridors (partially used for specialty restaurants. On other ships one could find a spot in the evening with music of his choice. Some announced activities never took place. We were debited for a service charge on a daily basis although our cruise ticket was fairly expensive. Breakfast area very noisy and crowded. Menu in the main restaurant was not up to par with what is expected. Something ought to be done to reduce the negative aspects.
