Convenient time and location. Customer service seems to suffer in the larger ships. Public space is smaller than on the smaller ships. The wait staff is so busy they do not have enough time to be more than just pleasant. At times they were so busy they were just plain rude. The entertainment is very limited and I cannot believe how small the theater is. It is half the size of those on the smaller ships. Getting reservations was a chore due to the number of passengers and the limited space in the theater.
The pool was smaller that I would expect it to be -- most likely due to the size of the water slides which were hardly used.
I will be sticking to cruises on the smaller ships and hope they don't just stop building and using the ~2000 passenger size ships. They always have been more personal.
