Viking Sea is a beautiful ship withnfabulous amenities, outstanding food, impeccable service and the best cruise director we have ever had. Food was outstanding in all restaurants. The World Cafe had a fabulous selection if entrees rangung from Chateaubriand to crab kegs to lobster thermidor. Everything was remarkably fresh. Shore excursions were a bit erratic and slow wi-fii was a frequent complaint. Still a great experience overall.

The entertainment was first class with Heather Clancy, the cruise director a mezzo-soprano. Very entertaining.. The screen in the Star Theater was the best I have ever seen. They had a similar one in the Atrium, with changing scenes. Beautiful. The spa area was like nothing we have seen before, with hot tub, sauna and a sniw grotto. Has to be seen. Never crowded. There were also professional lectures that were guven by well qualified kecturers. Nit only entertaining but also quite educational. We, unfortunately, had five medical events on this cruise which were handked in truly furst class way by Viking. One person was airlifted by helicopter from the ship. Ankther required the captain tonreturn ti port to disembark and injured passenger. In all cases Viking oersonnel went abive and beyond to hellp. The Explorers Lounge in the stern of the ship offered great views, drinks and live music.

Cabin Review

Cabin Veranda

Great room with the best bathroom we have had on acruise. It had a heated floor and a larger than average shower. The bed was super comfortable. Had 110 v. And USB ports to charge devices. Best ever.
