One of the best cruises we have taken. The cruise director, David, was enthusiastic and very personable and appeared to really enjoy interacting with passengers. Entertainment was great. The production shows were awesome and the guest entertainers and enrichment speakers were fabulous. Our room steward was attentive and professional. Food was excellent, as well as the service in the Botticelli dining room. We have taken many cruises over the years and this was one of our favorites. Many activities for all age groups.Shore excursions were fantastic, especially Burro Creek Lodge Waterfall Retreat & Crab Boil in Skagway, The food was delicious and plentiful. The waterfall was beautiful. Misty Fjords Float plane trip in Ketchikan was beautiful and fun when we land in one of the fjord and were able to exit the plane and walk on the pontoons. Our pilot, Sam was knowledgeable and fun, we felt very safe.

Embarkation and Debarkation was fast and efficient. Our room was ready when we boarded (C424) with fresh flowers and fruit in the cabin.
