Cabin: The Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villa with Balcony

We were traveling as an extended family of 9 and booked three 2-bedroom-family-villas in the HAVEN at a very hefty price tag. As hardworking business owners, we expect and are accustomed to luxurious accommodations and service when we are finally able to take a vacation from work. This ship was a complete disappointment.

Accommodations: This 'villa' seemed like a basic cabin on steroids. The 'living room' was the size of a basic cabin with some nice upgrades like a Lavazza espresso machine, the balcony was TINY and the windows were NOT floor to ceiling (just a basic sliding door). The only 'suite' part about this was that there were 2 other 'cabins' off of the living room: the kids room was just an inside cabin; nothing 'suite' about it.

However, the Master Bedroom was wonderful -- super comfortable mattress, luxurious bedding and great closet space. And the master bathroom was spectacular -- floor to ceiling window in the shower (along with fabulous body sprays); there was also a spectacular full wall window over the tub, but we felt the bathtub was a waste of space.
