First time on a cruise in the Med during school holiday and NEVER again.

I have been with celebrity cruises about 8/10 times and this is the worse experience. I would never choose Refelection again.

As soon as we arrived, we were addressed by our first name by the cabin attendant when he introduced himself to us and I found it uncomfortable as we didn't even know that person. The same again when you order anything and had to produce with your cabin card, the staff addressed you by your first name as printed on the card so everyone sitting round you know your name.
