This was our first (and last?) river cruise. While it was nice seeing all the cities along the way and only having to unpack once, the time spent on the ship was quite boring. There is very little to do due to the smallness of the ship. The top deck was closed for 3 consecutive days due to the low bridges we went under. The entertainment mostly was just the piano player and a female singer. At 9pm, they turned up the volume so it was uncomfortable to listen. Most people just sat around and read books - something they can do at home for free.

The ship was very clean as was our room. The crew was very efficient in what they did and very helpful. The food was OK. An issue was that there was a single seating for dinner which began at 7pm each night. So, you were not finished until at least 8:30. For my wife with acid reflux, eating this late (and too close to bed time) eventually caused her digestion issues.

The WiFi on the ship as poor. There was an adequate signal in the lounge, but bad in most other areas of the ship. They had a disclaimer saying to expect the WiFi signal to be spotty due to losing contact when going under bridges or in the locks or river valleys; however, there is no reason to have dead areas on the ship - put in some extra hot-spots around the ship.

Veranda Stateroom

Cabin B

Nice clean room and bathroom. Adequate storage for our clothes and stuff. Note that you do not get a chair unless you have a balcony room.
