Management of all departments were doing an excellent job.
The food and customer services in all restaurants were excellent. The staffs didn't mind to go extra miles to get what the customers want. Food were always fresh.
Overall staffs were very helpful and polite, however, 1 or 2 European staffs in guest service desk in 5th floor seems didn't have the patience to understand the issue or have difficulties to express the issue in English.
Bugs allover the couch, beds and carpet even after the staffs came to clean and make over. Kind of irritating? Good thing was the management team of the cabin had paid full attention to work on it.
