Cases didn't arrive until 7pm, 8 hours after check in. Food in dining room was cold. Ice show was like a car crash, with three separate performers hitting the ice. Last Vegas tenors were average at best. Comedians were good. Labadee was good, Cozumel and Falmouth were unremarkable. About one third of the gym equipment was out of order. The seminars at the gym were basically a repeat of each other and seemed to be too personilised to the instructor. The cost of a replacement knee due to poor diet went up from $ 50,000 to $ 70,000 in 2 days. Wifi was slow and very expensive. Aqua show was good, but disappointing to see the divers prepare for the top dive only to climb down the stairs! The kids enjoyed kids club and most of the childrens hosts seemed to enjoy interacting with the children and the activities were well planned.

Poorly executed cruise
