Cruising on the river Mosel is a unique experience with its vineyards everywhere around us... there was only one cruise available this year and I am happy we took it. It was certainly an unforgettable experience. All the excursions were very well organised: started always on time and walking tours were very interesting. Embarkation and disembarkation was smooth - our cruise director went an extra mile to arrange busses to the doorstep of our our ship. The staff on the ship was first class: bar staff was exceptional and everyone was very friendly. We joined the on board activities as well as external entertainments. The ship was built in 2014, but it looks brand new, absolutely spotless. Cabins were well sized and cleaned carefully. We loved the pool area, certainly a key feature on the ship. Overall, a very nice experience, we certainly come back next time! Well done, Emerald Waterways!
