Having had a productive and challenging year, I wanted to reward myself with an amazing vacation and that is exactly what I had. I choose this cruise with Scenic Spirit because I had read rave reviews from past NPN attendees and Vietnam and Thailand was on my bucket list. I spent 3 days in Cambodia at the Park Hyatt, 8 days on the ship. We boarded in Siem Reap and made stops in: Kampong Cham-Kampong Chhnang and Tonie Sap, Phnom Penh, Sa Dec, Cai Be, Ho and disembarked in Chi Minh City. The 2 days in Vietnam were well spent. The visit to the war museum was quite moving. Thailand was such a treat. Wish there was more time there. The 3 days went by quickly. The Shangri-La hotel was such a beautiful hotel. The service was excellent. This vacation was a birthday dream come true.
