Been on explorer of the seas loved it gave Navigator a try and were let down by charges for drinks(we were all-inclusive), and towels which were returned and not cleared off our accounts.Toilet not working one night was rectified then last night/last morning no toilet or water.Got email when home apologising but not good enough Royal Caribbean.
Positives were mostly good staff, exceptional in Sapphire restaurant.
Negatives were spent a lot of time at customer services and advise you check your bill for surprises on the last morning that get added even when you owe nothing.
We had to clean the drawers in our cabin because they were dirty and fridge had mouldy fruit in door.
