No pools outside without children! This ship has one small pool outside for all guests which led to not enough seats and very over crowded. Retractable roofs don't work! If you like to relax in the sun by the pool with a cocktail......This is NOT the ship for you. It was hot inside the solarium pool so did not want to sit in a hot jacuzzi. No restaurants served food after 9:30. Casino bar service was horrible! Bartenders gave my sea pass card to other guests... twice. The machines did not pay out well. The bionic bar never worked. If you have kids that are screamers and don't like to discipline them then this is the perfect cruise for you! Very disappointed with this ship. However, we had stayed in a suite and that was beautiful. Chops Grille was well worth the extra money as well as Wonderland. We will rock you show was excellent.
