This was our 11th cruise with RCCL and the first time on Anthem, sailing 9 days from August 17 - 26th. However, this was our 35th cruise all together because we have sailed with many different cruise lines since 2002.

The ship was beautiful and very clean. The staff and crew were very friendly and happy to be part of the Anthem of the Seas. You could see they genuinely liked their jobs and were proud to be part of the Anthem. Our balcony stateroom was larger than we had on previous ships in the same category and it was laid out very nice with a great quiet location to the elevators. Thanks to our stateroom attendant, Stanley he kept it spotless.

We took advantage of the package for 3 specialty restaurants. Chops was good, Jamie's was excellent and Wonderland was very strange until it got to the main course, which was really good. The dining room had excellent service and the food was good. The Windjammer offered the very same menu afternoon and evening every day.

Cabin E1

Nicely laid out and quite large. Located near front elevators but quiet. So clean thanks to our great stateroom attendant, Stanley.
