We signed up for the cruise the end of March because of a great sale. We were a group of 4 couples; 2 veteran, 2 novice. The two new couples to cruising on Oceania had their expectations far exceeded ( we all took the O Life option ). The two veteran had our expectations met. All had a great time in spite of one of the novice couples being pick pocketed in Barcelona upon arrival at the airport ( cash and passports ).
The crew has always cheerful and helpful. Don't forget that the dining is the best on the seven seas ( although we were somewhat disappointed in Red Ginger this time ).
Great cruise, great value!
This has good room as cabin sizes go. Seabourn's similar cabin is larger but both have an individual bath tub and shower ( though Seabourn's bathroom size is larger). Our cabin was spic and span every hour of the day. Great housekeeping!
Arrived a day ahead of the cruise. Fourth time in Barcelona. Spent time shopping the sales at Cortes de Ingles.
Walked around this small southern Spanish town.
Walked through the market in the morning. Afternoon ships tour to Le Castellet and Sanary Sur Mer. Le Castellet was an excursion worth taking.
Capri and Anacapri with our friends on our own.. The public bus from Capri to Anacapri is like taking an amusement park thrill ride.. Spent the afternoon in Sorrento shopping ( 3rd time in Sorrento).
