This was our third cruise in the Yacht Club and it just gets better. We had no complaints for the entire week. Check in was smooth and quick. In the YC we activated our key cards and choose our dinner times and table. Maitre'd Robert met all our requests with enthusiasm and a smile. All our meals in La Muse were enjoyable and delicious. We were greeted each time by Robert or the assistant, Lindsay. Lindsay is a real joy to encounter each day, she was always positive and upbeat. Our waitress each night, Loretta, was excellent. She was starting her first day in La Muse when we came aboard but you would never have known it because she was outstanding. A genuinely sweet and caring personality, she made each meal a very pleasant experience. The sommelier, Dechen, was very knowledgeable and anxious to improve the dining experience with excellent recommendations. Robert's fresh made desserts and pastas was a very nice and tasty touch.
Our suite was well maintained by Juan Carlos. He was always available before you were even sure you needed him. Whether answering a question, fulfilling a request or escorting us around the lines to go ashore, he was magically there when needed.
We have been on over 45 cruises on many different cruise lines and the MSC Divina and the Yacht Club has really spoiled us. I am sure that a large part of the attitude of the entire ship is due to the leadership of Captain Marco Massa. The Captain is highly visible and very accessible. I am a retired US Naval Officer and told the Captain that I would love to visit the bridge to see the new technologies not available when I was still on active duty. He took the time and trouble to get special authorization from MSC headquarters to allow me to have a very informative and enlightening tour of the bridge. It was amazing!! Thank you again Captain Massa.
Cabin was spacious with plenty of storage. Very comfortable and well maintained.
