it supposed to be a luxury cruise with great service but it turns to be an old and dated ship, a mid level ship has way better public areas, the spa is a shame, old, bad quality and terrible facilities.

the main Restaurant is the only one that delivers a excellent service and quality of food, the rest the food was good but service is mediocre at best.

the bars services were terrible as well very limited options on beverages and personal that seems they do not understand nor care what you ask for. Read more
