We smelled burnt oil during this cruise and had power outages. The food on the bar was cold and not good quality, breakfast in particular. The dining room food was ok. Horrible experience at port when we returned(unorganized). The cushions at the Serenity section of the ship were terribly stained. Did not have towel animals, although it is stated will have these daily. The information about meeting the Captain was not communicated properly. I was not clear on the Captains dinner. I was told that food on any cruise is great, but not this one. On a positive note, the entertainment was good and that is the only thing that I enjoyed and the restrooms on board were kept clean. This being my first cruise,I was not expecting perfection. I was very disappointed and do not plan on taking another one due to this experience. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.

Old and outdated. Did not have the towel animals,we had to ask Kevin for them to place in our room. Stains on the walls.
