Our family of 4 (children 10 & 12) cruised with NCL on the Breakaway on August 27. We have cruised before on 2 occasions on Disney Cruises, so this is what we had to compare our cruising experience.

The ship is truly beautiful and offers a lot for the price paid. There are many restaurants to choose from, as well as plenty of activities to plead everyone. It is clean, food is very good, particularly at the specialty restaurants (we tried Cagney's, Tepanyake and the Italian restaurant). The cruise is "Free Style" which means you eat where and when you decide.

Over all, we enjoyed ourselves and we did not encounter any major issues. Only a few irritants. The biggest issues for us were the smoking and the volume of passengers on board.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

Nice cabin - not facing Bermuda once we get to the island.

We were 4 in the cabin- we felt there was enough space to put our belongings.

Bed could be more comfortable...but overall good experience
