this was our first royal cruise our waitress were great we were on Table 444 in the Grand room they could not do enough for us food was good the only thing I did not like was we we to the Italy restaurant part of the package we were given a different menu than the one outside the place just because it was not dinner there part of package was lunch only but the menu should have been like the one out side.Getting on and off the ship was great no problem they have it all under control..I would have like more food to be open at night. the place had little to chose from. The shows were great if was like being on NYC the ice skating was also good. I think the parade was cute. we watch it too. You could have more games around the pool. there was no problem finding a chair near the pool. We had room service 3 times I like the idea they called to make sure you are awake .the staff in the buffet were good we forgot something they got it for us.
