We expected the experience on the Harmony to be similar (maybe a little better) than the Allure ship we sailed two years prior. Although there were a couple more things to do (wet and dry slides for instance), we noticed a lesser experience with corners cut such as quality of food at Windjammer, the amount of live music, and even the bed wasn't comfortable. There were problems with the production electronics that cancelled shows the first three days which made it so we couldn't see all shows that we expected to see. There was also a mix-up in where the wine tasting event was (compared to where it was advertised to be) and we missed this. When there were issues, it seemed that nobody felt the need to apologize for the trouble. The pool area, wait staff, and room attendant were great and the food in the main dining room was also quite good. But, by the time all the the the separate costs were added together, it was pretty expensive for what I feel we received - expected more value for the money spent. Bottom line: we've been Royal Caribbean loyalists, but are now open to looking at other cruise companies.

Boardwalk View Stateroom

Cabin BV

Room was nice, although bed wasn't comfortable and neither were the pillows. I think that I would choose a view of the sea if I were to choose again.
