We chose this cruise for location. Many family members live in the area so no airfares necessary for most. We chose Celebrity for their reputation. Every family member had a great time from our 2 year old up to the 92 year old. The programs for kids were excellent. Fun Factory and Teen Program, the kids never wanted to leave the program. This allowed the adults to have time to themselves. The dining was always outstanding. The service was fantastic from both waiters and wine steward. Our cabins were all great. From ocean view to those with balconies. No issues there. Deck 2 or deck 3, deck 6 or deck 7. We had people on all and no one had any problems. The ship was a perfect size. We know it is one of the older ships and smaller ships but it actually was great for our family. The evening activities on deck 10, i.e. dance parties, were so much fun. The silent disco headphones at the martini bar were especially fun for all. The Martini Bar itself was so popular and entertaining. The evening shows were all good, from the Celebrity Cast of singers and dancers, to the magician, pianist and comedian. Very diverse and we loved all of them. There was only one port, Bermuda, which was so convenient and easy to navigate. We had perfect weather and a fun and fantastic Caption Alex. He was a pleasure to listen to during the announcements. All in all, no complaints here. One pleasant surprise was that if you had a classic beverage package, you can now order a premium drink and just pay the difference. Last time I cruised, I had to pay full price for premium. So this was a pleasant surprise. Embarkation and Disembarkation was very smooth. Of course, there were many who walked off with their own luggage, so the wait time for those with numbered tags was a bit longer. But still very smooth. Still, there are those who have no patience so to hear them talk the disembarkation was chaos. We did not think so especially since we were off the ship 30 minutes earlier than we were told. The children in the group found the programs extremely entertaining, even the teens. They were anxious to go whenever possible. I would definitely cruise this ship again and positively Celebrity.

Ocean View 5

Cabin 05

Midship and very near elevators, guest services, staircase up to casino and martini bar. Port side which for this cruise meant facing Kings Wharf and the Royal Naval Yard. Very comfortable and clean. More than adequate for us.
