We choose this cruise because we live in Manhattan and loved the idea of taking a cab to our vacation. So easy! The embarkation process was very smooth. Debarkation took longer because of customs, but not too bad.

This is a good middle of the road cruise. There was a nice mix of people on this boat. We went in August so there were more kids than I usually like on my vacay, but most of them were pretty well-behaved. The boat is very cool, huge and well-run. The staff is great, especially our cabin steward, Lodson. He is a gem and a peach.

The food was very good, especially in the specialty restuarants. Notably, Cagney's and Blue Ocean. The Garden Café on 15 was good as well, and it was nice at times to just get our food, eat and go. Good selection and lots of healthy options. The sit-down restaurants, Taste and Savor were okay. The Manhattan Room was good.
