2nd time on Britannia this year made the mistake of booking two at the same time. First time I was not impressed but had to go on the second one. Went into the cabin and went to make a coffee. Inside of kettle was RED RUSTY. called reception and it was collected, returned 8 hours later unusable because of the smell and taste of plastic. Gave it to cabin steward who went into bath and said it just wanted washing as if we were idiots. It was returned later smelling of BLEACH. took 6 boils to get rid of smell. There were only enough coffee's and milk for ONE drink so we asked for MORE!. We were informed that he CHECKED THE BINS TO SEE HOW MANY WE HAD USED. and he would replace them.DISGUSTING. I did complain and things did get better until the last night when he REMOVED the coffee and left us with enough for ONE drink. Bath towels had holes in them and were threadbare they were also GREY. The shower head was filthy and this on a new ship.

The general attitude of staff leaves much to be desired. Some of the so called entertainer need to take singing lessons, very screechy. The best ones were a tribute group called BADNESS. absolutely brilliant, best on any ship that I have been on.

I am not a one trip moaner, My wife and myself have been on 7 cruises with P&O. since June 2017 and we have noticed standards going down. This will be our last one with P&O.
