The A/C needs serious work. Staff was not as friendly as expected. There was NO WOW factor on this ship! The main dining experience was good the food was OK. CoCo Cay excursion to snorkel with a treasury hunt was not described well. We got our gear from the snorkel shack then watched the video. We were on our own to explore, thought we were on the wrong excursion package. The loungers were nice but at low tide that part of the beach was not nice, not refreshing / relaxing with one foot of water for several hundred feet out. The little swim up (walk up) bar was nothing to write home about. Female staff on the island was not friendly at all. We felt like an inconvenience. While the male staff at least smiled! The sunset excursion was cancelled because of rain but the decision could have been made and announced prior to everyone exiting the ship to avoid standing in the rain and running for the ship and standing in line to enter through security. We will not cruise this ship again.

The Nassau historical island tour was wonderful. The bus driver "Henry" was very knowledgable and shared a lot of information. Nice stops and appropriate amounts of time at each.

First impression - dirty. I don't like seeing the previous guests fingerprints on the cabinets, mirror, glass doors and tv. The nightstand drawer was visably broken. The bathroom was very dirty. The shelf under the sink and bucket was filthy, toilet brush visably dirty. Knob to turn the shower on does not work well, it takes a little fiddling with to get the shower to stay on.
