This is my "personal" review of our recent cruise. I sailed on the Norwegian Escape with a party of 8 on August 19-26th. It was an amazing and enjoyable cruise. I'm relieved and thankful that NCL decided to divert our cruise to Eastern Caribbean to avoid bad weather due to Hurricane Harvey. Sure, I admit I was disappointed initially, but that was the risk we took during the peak of hurricane season. This was our 1st time on NCL.
Ship: Overall, the ship was very clean, well maintained, however there were not enough pools and jacuzzis.
Cabin: We were in mini suite balcony stateroom # 11232, balcony 11248, and inside room stateroom # 11609. The difference between the mini-suite and the balcony is in the bathrooms and a slightly bigger room and balcony for the mini suite. The minisuite bathroom has a full size shower and double sink. The rooms were kept clean by our steward.

The only thing that was a dissatisfier was the noise level of our neighbor with their young child who kept slamming their stateroom door and the child kept running in their room.
