I have cruised over 20 times. This was my first time trying Princess. I thought the customer service was excellent. The room was comfortable and roomy. There was a lot of space for storage. The bathroom had shower gel and shampoo. Our large picture window gave us a great view.

We thought the staff was extremely accommodating. There were over 2,000 people on the staff but they remembered your name. I thought it was extremely nice how they really saw to people who had special physical and dietary needs.

The only issue that we ran into was the septic system wasn't working properly near the gym area and the buffet area. They strongly encouraged guests to use the restroom in their personal stateroom. This issue went on for at least two days of our cruise. Read more
