First Celebrity cruise...did Aqua class and loved the amenities...especially Blu and evening appetizers in the room! Boarding was a breeze! Food in buffet and Blu was excellent. Did not try main dining room. Used the Exercise facilities every day and found them adequate for what we usually do. Enjoyed the Persian garden and used it often. Small thing..but I liked having little hand towels to dry hands with in the public bathrooms. When reboarding the ship on very hot days..they showed up with iced down wet hand towels. This was very welcome and a treat! Did not do Bingo this particular trip. Found the casino slots very tight and only did blackjack once...lost money on both...oh well. Room attendant was excellent and was more than happy to have a chocolate on my pillow instead of a towel animal! The staff in Blu was wonderful, and as I have a gluten allergy...they excelled on recommendations. Had a fresh coconut drink one afternoon in the buffet...was a treat! Served in the coconut au natural! They had well marked gluten free desserts and breads. Also...bonus points...best darn gluten free bread I believe I have ever had! Especially the cinnamon raisin bread and the gluten free blueberry muffins. Really enjoyed the wonderful ice cream in the buffet! Great variety and plentiful! Mast grill was handy and great burgers and fries...and FREE! Very happy ship and crew!
