My husband's family chose the line etc, was a trip with a total of 16 family members ranging from 8 to 70. On & off the ship were easy ( the pre registration made that a breeze!) Included in our group are one autistic child, another being newly celiac diagnosed. The staff made everything go so smoothly. We all ate in the dining room each night and were all pleased & treated wonderfully. Our rooms were clean and small but organized well, there was plenty for everyone to do. The Ship's phone app made it easy to track down who was where and scatter until dinner time. Everyone did different shore excursions from simple beach & shopping to ruins and parasailing. My kids did a behind the scenes tour of everything & my daughter & I went back for a galley only tour - fascinating. The trivia; games & cruise director's staff were so much fun. The dive show & ice skating so different and cool to see while at sea. Those divers are quite brave.

Most of that is standard cruise stuff, right? The musicals....the musicals were... amazeballs.

There was some tech glitch causing them all to be pushed back/ time changes, but I still managed to go back and see Grease & Columbus twice. The actors and actresses, crew and staff that run these shows are top notch. Such wondrous voices on these stars! Grease was well done & so much fun to see an old standby done so well. Columbus was fun, quirky, silly and again, those voices!! They don't have a playbill & I didn't have my phone to snap shots of the projected who's who prior to Grease one night so I couldn't name them but all of them were wonderful. Not to be missed, wish I could have gone back to see it again.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

I was terrified of the cabin size with us plus our two kids ( 13 & 14) ---- as soon as we had our bags I kicked them all out & got it all put away & organized. it was tight at times but we managed way better that anticipated. Cabin was clean, comfortable & had plenty of space for 4 people's worth of stuff. Noise level was fine, kids running in the halls was occasionally an annoyance but nothing crazy. Toilet clogged once & they were there in minutes to sort that out. Our stateroom attendant was lovely, friendly and had a hell of a memory!

Port Reviews

Falmouth

Just walked around the mall-esque shopping area a bit, clean & comfortable.
