Sail Date: Jul 2017

In July/August we took the "Vikings Homelands" cruise. This is a lovely trip; 11 ports and 8 countries in 15 days. This was our second trip on the "Viking Sky" and we just love the ship. Cabins are larger then the river boat cabins; all rooms have balcony's; the restaurants are lovely; the food is great, and service is wonderful. We love having room service on the days where we have an early disembarkation for our local tour, and at no extra charge. The ship is lovely, very comfortable and homey. The pool area is very lovely. We love siting in the comfortable lounge chairs either watching the water or the people in the pool. My husband uses a cane to walk and he had no trouble walking on this ship even when the water was a little rough. We have also traveled on Vikings other two ocean ships and will be taking another trip next year.

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe Veranda

The Deluxe Veranda is a lovely suite. Each room has a coffee maker and a frig stocked with pop and a few snacks for free. And the biggest plus is suite has a veranda.
