There are always things that are unforeseen on any vacation that may go wrong, that being said let me get the 2 minor negatives out of the way. This ships issues were the sewer system which for several day's had serious problems. The toilets did not flush and maintenance had to be called several times to address the issues. I think the entertainment on this cruise could have been better, but we as a family and the other crew members made our own great times. Now for the positive! The poolside staff was exceptional. I would like to especially point out Mr. John Gonzales who went well beyond to make sure that we all had a great time. Each of the bartenders made it a point to be friendly and know who you were and what your needs were. (Thanks Alessandro. KT, Freddy and of course Miss Betty and my girlfriend Ms Marly!) Our Dinning room staff Dat and Jimmy were very informative and made our dining experiences something to look forward to each night. Whether dining in the main dining room, the windjammer or on Coco Cay (Which was amazing! thank you Winfred!) the food was excellent and the service staff were all professional and friendly . As a certified executive Chef I am very picky when it comes to food and I had very little to be picky about. The extra large apple pie (made in a Paella pan) in the windjammer as the chef stated was Yummy Yummy and was by far the best dessert on the ship!. The food, and services are always 5 star on any of the royal Caribbean cruises I've been on. My girls are still crying because they miss being on the cruise or miss their favorite staff member. We as a family enjoy cruising. We have cruised with other cruise lines and have realized that the only cruise line for us is Royal Caribbean. I am already looking into our next cruise with Royal Caribbean.
