I found inaccurate charges on my bill when I got home. Getting it straightened out is taking months and the customer service people are not real helpful.
I have cruised on the Dawn 5 times. It is a nice little ship, the pool is too small and the music at the pool is too loud. Conversation is impossible. Food was good. I have taken the cruise because it only takes me an hour to drive to the ship, no air travel needed. The best dinning is the steak house. Disembarking is not well organized very time consuming. Pay-outs in the Casino are poor at best. The cigar room has very poor exhaust ventilation. The cabin was comfortable and the maid service excellent. Check your receipts when yu get them. I had a tip added to a specialt dinning that I did not add. Was also charged for drinks that should have been unlimited. Bartenders are very busy and handling multiple guest card at a time and it appears easy for them to make mistakes putting a drink on the wrong card.
