Last year was the first time ever that we cruised with Norwegian. We were so impressed with Norwegian and the ship that we booked the identical cruise this year. However, this year it fell short.

Embarkation was a mess. What is the point of offering times to come and check in, if the whole ship is checking in with you. Freestyle dinner I guess means sitting next to someone in shorts and a t-shirt that says "whoop ass". Why is there a dress code for only one restaurant, not all. And I am not talking about suits and dresses, just appropriate dress would be fine.

Our cabin steward was either new, overwhelmed or just not cut out for the hustle and bustle that the first few days of the cruise brings. We asked for bathrobes, took 2 days. One morning went to take a shower, only 1 towel. None were replaced from cleaning previous day and left the wet pool towel still on the floor in the bathroom. Finally took but never replaced that day or the next. We were down to 1 pool towel.
