8 days was the first consideration with the second being the area covered and town visited.

EVERYTHING about the cruise was outstanding from the guy rowing the garbage to the bins, the service, entertainment and overall friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

HOWEVER, the costly tour to Salzburg was a rip off. It took hours there and hours back. There was 1 restroom stop for multiple buses ... of several lines...and ONE bathroom! Additionally, we were dropped off on one side of town...which seemed to be normal...but returned to the same location...which was not normal. Thus travelling the same route twice! The lunch was nice but way too long and did not leave enough time to explore Salzburg or see the castle on the mountain. This was very disappointing.
