My husband and I, took the Silhouette British Isles tour in August 2017, Concierge Class cabin. This tour included a two-day stop in Edinburgh for the Military Tattoo. My husband and I are average age 63 with experience on 16 cruises including two others on Celebrity Constellation.

I went into this cruise with confidence in Celebrity as I felt our cruises on the Connie had provided us the best value for the money of all the lines we have cruised – Princess, Royal Caribbean, Azamara, Oceania, and Seabourn. I have been telling all my friends how Celebrity had a very enjoyable product. Well, after this cruise, I see that Celebrity has chosen to think more about profits and less about hospitality and the cruise experience – the same as Princess when we quit cruising Princess all together.

On the positive side, our cabin attendant for our Concierge Class room, 1056, was very good and executed his job perfectly. He was very considerate of our needs and the cabin was spotless. He never failed to ask us how our day was going and if there was anything he could do.
