This was one of our "trip of a lifetime" dream vacations. We wanted to see the beautiful scenery and castles along the Danube. We also wanted to enjoy guided tours through the old cities that are featured on the Nuremberg to Budapest cruise.

The local guides on the guided tours were very interesting and knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning about the history of each city that we visited.

When travelling through the Wachau Valley, the scenery is absolutely beautiful. We were fortunate to have a beautiful sunny morning for this section of the cruise and we were able to enjoy the view from the open top deck on the ship. Read more
