There were 7 of us (combination of family and friends) that chose to do this river cruise together. It was great. We met at breakfast, did our tours and then shared supper together going over the highlights of the day. The food was ALWAYS good. We met so many wonderful people on the cruise with us. The staff was so helpful/friendly. We want to go on another Viking cruise together. Having gone to a family wedding in Vienna this summer, and having to plan all transportation, meals, entertainment etc. ourselves, it gave me a greater appreciation of all that is provided by Viking during the "Grand European Tour". All a person needs to do on a Viking Cruise is enjoy. Viking has done all the hard work! I have recommended Viking to everyone who has asked how my river cruise was. If I could I would an annual trip aboard a Viking Cruise ship. What a fun way to travel!
