Cabin: Aft-View Extended Balcony

The best thing about this cruise was the cabin we stayed in, but the sad part is that you don't really want to spend time in your cabin when you are on a cruise! Our cabin was 6481 at the back of the boat so it had 2 windows and a door to the balcony! The balcony was big enough for 2 chairs/table and a chaise lounge. Sweet cabin! Our boys had their own balcony cabin 4 doors down.

This was our first cruise with our 3 boys and we had high hopes for a dream vacation.

Perhaps the problem was that they were at an odd age to really enjoy the activities (20, 18 and 16). Since our youngest was under 18 he was not allowed to do many of the activities, even if he was with us (and he was not going to the teen club by himself, it was a family vacation). We also got stuck with the late dining time so many of the activities he could do fell during our dinner hour so we only ate in the main dining room twice. The arcade was also way overpriced, so they could not spend much time there. I get milking the adults (which they did), but not the kids really.

Cabin Review

Aft-View Extended Balcony

Cabin 8M

Best part of the cruise since we had an extended balcony and it was really quiet at the back of the boat. It was also pretty large. Our boys had a "regular: balcony cabin and our was definitely much roomier. We did have an issue with AC one day but they fixed that for us.

I think it may have been the whole floor as the boys room was hot that same day. Only one outlet though was an issue. Especially for the boys with all their devices to charge.

Port Reviews

Half Moon Cay

Nice Island, tender process was slow, BBQ lunch wrapped up too early.

Water was the perfect temp though and it was fun for a bit.
